Marketing
- Digital Marketing: Social media strategy, content creation (videos, posts, articles), email marketing, and online advertising.
- Branding: Development and management of Yogi Cubs Kids Yoga's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and communication.
- Community Outreach: Engaging with local communities, schools, and other organizations to promote awareness and attract new clients.
- Influencer Partnerships: Collaborating with influencers or bloggers in parenting, wellness, and education to extend brand reach.
Sales
- Client Acquisition: Bringing in new clients for Yogi Cubs programs through online and offline strategies, including referrals, lead generation, and partnerships.
- Sales Coaching/Team: Developing and leading a team responsible for converting leads into clients, managing inquiries, and explaining program offerings.
- Program Enrollment: Managing and optimizing the process of client sign-ups, whether through online or in-person platforms.
Operations
- Class Management: Ensuring the smooth running of classes and sessions, including scheduling, instructor coordination, and facilities management.
- Customer Support: Addressing parent inquiries, providing information about programs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Maintaining the high quality of services delivered by instructors, ensuring alignment with Yogi Cubs' mission and objectives.
Instructor & Program Development
- Instructor Training & Certification: Ongoing development and certification of instructors in kids' yoga and therapeutic practices.
- Curriculum Design: Developing age-appropriate and research-based yoga curriculums that integrate mindfulness, movement, and cognitive development.
- Program Evaluation: Regular assessments of the program's effectiveness, using feedback from both parents and instructors to make necessary adjustments.
Finance
- Financial Planning: Budgeting, forecasting, and managing expenses to ensure the financial health and sustainability of Yogi Cubs.
- Pricing Strategy: Setting program pricing that balances affordability for families with the value provided by Yogi Cubs.
- Revenue Streams: Identifying and developing different income streams, such as in-person classes, online offerings, workshops, or merchandise.
Grants
- Researching and identifying relevant grant opportunities.
- Writing compelling grant proposals and applications.
- Managing reporting requirements for awarded grants.
Partnerships & Collaborations
- School & Community Partnerships: Collaborating with local schools, daycare centers, community centers, and other youth-focused organizations to offer Yogi Cubs programs.
- Therapeutic Collaborations: Partnering with therapists, counselors, and healthcare providers who work with neurodivergent children, offering specialized programs.
- Corporate Partnerships: Exploring collaboration with companies that focus on children's wellness or education for potential sponsorships or cross-promotions.
Research & Development
- Scientific Research Integration: Staying up-to-date with the latest research on neuroplasticity, mindfulness, and the effects of yoga on children, especially neurodivergent children.
- Program Innovation: Continually improving and adapting programs based on new research, emerging trends, and client feedback.
App Development
- Designing and developing a user-friendly mobile app focused on kids' yoga education.
- Incorporating gamification and age-appropriate content.
- Ensuring seamless user experience and accessibility.
- Collaborating with educators to align app features with learning objectives.
