To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, we require a Hold Harmless Agreement and a Photo Release Agreement to be completed before your child joins our yoga sessions. The Hold Harmless Agreement helps us establish a clear understanding that while we provide a supportive and engaging environment, participation in any physical activity comes with inherent risks. This form ensures that parents and guardians acknowledge these risks and agree to hold Yogi Cubs Kids Yoga harmless in the event of any unforeseen incidents.
The Photo Release Agreement allows us to capture and share moments from our sessions to inspire and showcase the benefits of kids' yoga. We respect your privacy, and this form gives you the option to grant or decline permission for your child's images to be used in our marketing or social media. Please complete both forms and email them back to info@yogicubskidsyoga.com with your child's name and any other relevant information.
